Cynthia L. Pollard

Cynthia Pollard, the firm’s Records Manager, is responsible for the administration of the firm’s conflicts of interest, new business intake, and records management programs. With more than 25 years of records and information management experience, Cynthia applies data management structures in the development of policies and procedures relating to conflicts checking/processing, records retention/disposition, and workflow. In addition, she manages and makes recommendations for the maintenance and storage of the firm’s records.
