Steve Fineman’s diverse practice includes intellectual property litigation, complex commercial litigation and civil rights disputes in the Delaware Superior Court, the Delaware Court of Chancery and the United States District Court for the District of Delaware. A director in the firm’s Litigation Department, Steve has also participated in appeals in the Delaware Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
