Paul M. Altman

Paul M. Altman is the chair of the firm’s Business Department and heads the Limited Liability Company and Partnership Advisory Group. His practice involves alternative entities, including partnerships and limited liability companies, and focuses primarily on the formation of private investment funds.

An active member of the state and national bar, Paul serves on several committees related to alternative entity law. He is the co-author of Lubaroff & Altman on Delaware Limited Partnerships. Paul has also co-authored numerous journal articles and often lectures on the subject of limited partnerships and limited liability companies at continuing legal education seminars. In law school, Paul served as a case and comment editor of the Villanova Law Review.
