John D. Seraydarian focuses on transactional matters involving alternative entities, including Delaware limited liability companies, limited partnerships, general partnerships and other Delaware entities. A director in the firm's Limited Liability Company and Partnership Advisory Group, he renders advice and legal opinions in connection with a wide variety of transactions.
John has been involved in investment fund transactions, joint venture transactions, cross-border transactions and structured finance transactions. His work also includes advising clients with respect to mergers, conversions and other structural changes involving alternative entities, as well as analyzing fiduciary duty and contractual interpretation issues.
