Glenn C. Kenton

Glenn Kenton has used his experience as a former Secretary of State of Delaware to assist clients in dealing with a variety of state regulatory and legislative issues, including insurance, public utility, health care and securities issues at the state level. In addition, Glenn has broad experience in assisting major national and international entities in Delaware-based financial transactions.

Glenn serves or has served on the boards of various community organizations.

Representative Experience

• Represented major national and international insurance carriers with respect to regulatory issues before the Delaware Insurance Commissioner.
• Two of Delaware major water suppliers with respect to regulatory issues before the Delaware Public Service Commission.
• Delaware’s principal electric utility, Delmarva Power & Light Company, with respect to their regulatory issues before the Delaware Public Service Commission.
