Eric A. Schwartzman focuses primarily on rendering advice as to matters of Delaware law relating to commercial transactions and alternative business entities. He is a director in the firm’s Business Department and works in the General Transactions Group.
Providing legal opinions regarding securitizations and structured finance transactions, Eric has particular expertise in Articles 8 and 9 of Delaware’s Uniform Commercial Code. He also renders advice and legal opinions in connection with investment fund and joint venture transactions, as well as the formation and utilization of Delaware alternative entities such as limited liability companies and limited partnerships.
