Scott Pritchard focuses primarily on litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery and the Delaware Supreme Court involving corporate governance, corporate control, fiduciary duties, and related contractual and commercial disputes. He is an associate in the firm’s Corporate Litigation Department.
In law school, Scott served as the lead articles editor for the Temple Law Review, and interned for the Honorable Theodore McKee, Chief Judge of the Third Circuit.
